Suzuki GSX1300R Hayabusa Superbike Package

    Dano's Performance has developed a Superbike Package for the 2008-11 Suzuki  Hayabusa model bikes. One of the best features of this Package is that it is an all top end package in which only the cylinder head needs to be removed to install it. The typical horsepower gain which will be achieved with our package is 25-30 HP (215-220HP). We highly recommend that you flow match your fuel injectors to maximize horsepower output and throttle response.  See our "Fuel Injector Flow Matching" page for the details and cost.  Also recommended is a good quality aftermarket exhaust system and a Dynojet Power Commander to allow for proper tuning.  The following is all that is included in our Superbike package:

 

                 1) Cylinder head porting which maximizes intake and exhaust air flow.
                 2) Install new valve stem seals
                 3) Machine the cylinder head base for added compression.  
                 4) A set of custom  cam shafts with slotted sprockets.
                 5) Heavy duty Valve springs
                 6) Manual cam chain tensioner for precise cam timing. 
                 7) Titanium valve spring retainers
 

    
     The total price for this Superbike package is $2395.00.  All we need for you to send us is your complete cylinder head with cams and when completed we will ship you back the complete package. The cylinder head will be complete and ready to bolt back on to your engine. Be advised the cams will needed to be degreed when installing them. You may also choose to send us your complete motor and when completed we will ship the complete motor back to you ready to install. If you should choose to send us the complete motor the total price will be $3000.00 + shipping cost. For our local customers who wish to have us install this Superbike package the total price with parts and labor is $3500.00.  Included with the installation of this Superbike package we will final tune on the Dynojet Dynamometer.  Shipping a complete motor via UPS in the U.S. will cost between $150.00 to $200.00.
