Dano's Performance has developed this Superbike package for the 2007-19 Honda CBR600RR model bikes. We have achieved horsepower gains of 11-13 HP (128-130) with this all top end package. Since all that is required to install this package is removing the cylinder head, this is very cost effective way to achieve big performance gains. We also recommend a good quality aftermarket exhaust system and a Woolich Racing Auto Tune system to allow for proper tuning.

Cylinder head porting which maximizes intake and exhaust port airflow

Install new valve stem seals

Three angle valve job

Custom exhaust gaskets

Resurface cylinder head base

A set of custom performance camshafts with slotted sprockets

 Custom designed thinner Head gasket

The total price for this package is $2475.00. All we need for you to send us is your cylinder head with cams and when completed we will ship you back the complete package. The cylinder head will be complete with valve clearances set and ready to install on your engine. The camshafts will need to be degreed and the clearances checked. You may also choose to send us your complete engine and when completed we will ship that complete engine back to you ready to install. If you should choose this option the total price will be $3100.00 + shipping.

To purchase this package you can request a Pay Pal invoice to make your payment then  ship us your complete cylinder head. Once we receive the cylinder head from you it typically takes 2-3 weeks for us to complete then ship your package to you ready to install. For our international customers who would like to purchase the complete package including the cylinder head the price is $3995.00 + shipping. The cylinder head will have 16 brand new valves installed in it.

Honda CBR600RR Supersport package

We have developed this package to comply with most race organizations Supersport racing rules. In addition to the items listed in our Honda CBR600RR  Superbike package we will install high compression pistons. We also race balance the  crankshaft, rods and pistons. The typical horsepower gain achieved with this package is 12-14 horsepower (130-132). The price of this package is $6200.00 and you will need to send us your engine in order for us to install it.

By popular demand we are now offering ready to install Honda CBR600RR crate engines with the Supersport (130-132HP) configuration for $8600.00 + shipping. Also included with these engines is a blue printed transmission and a heavy duty clutch pack.

Honda CBR600RR Superbike + Package

We developed this  performance package for the 2007-19 Honda CBR600RR models for the guy who wants the ultimate in performance. This package will produce 140+horsepower at the rear wheel. In addition to the components listed above in our Superbike package we include a set of Custom  high compression (13.5:1) 2mm overbore pistons (636cc) and a set of Carrillo connecting rods. Race balance crankshaft, rods and pistons. The price of this package is $8595.00 + shipping. You will need to send us your complete engine and when complete we will ship it back to you ready to install. In addition to all the items listed in our Superbike + Package crate engines we also include a custom 2mm stroker crankshaft and custom set of Carrillo rods. This combination increases the engine displacement to 666cc and they will produce 150 + rear wheel horsepower!!
