Kawasaki ZX10R ECU Flash Service
Dano's Performance now offers ECU Flashing for the 2016-20 Kawasaki ZX10R models. This service is only available to our U.S. customers. Our ECU flash removes all the restrictions programmed into the ECU from the factory. These restrictions greatly hinder engine performance and throttle response. We will optimize both the ignition curve and the fuel curve which will unleash more horsepower from your engine. The ECU flash will all but eliminate the need for a Power Commander and ignition module. Keep in mind you can pick and choose the options you want and don't want programmed into your ECU. The following is a list of options available with our ECU Flash Service:
Optimize fuel curves across all gears (same as a Power Commander)
Optimize ignition curves across all gears (remove gear based ignition timing restrictions)
Remove throttle plate restrictions ( throttle plates only open to 70% at full throttle from the factory which greatly reduces top end power)
Disable O2 sensor
Disable exhaust valve
Disable Evap canister
Disable fuel cut on deceleration (This reduces engine braking and eliminates snatching throttle)
Disable Pair valve
Reset radiator fan turn on/off temperature (205 / 195)
Disable intake flapper valve
Remove top speed limiter

In order for us to provide this service you will need to send us your ECU. We recommend mailing you ECU vis Priority mail to the address on the main page of ore website. Make your payment via Pay Pal then mail your ECU to us. When sending your ECU please include your name, address and telephone number. Once we receive your ECU we will give you a call and go over the items you want programmed into your ECU. Based on the mods you have done to your bike we will down load a fuel map from our data base. Once we have completed the flash service we will Priority mail your ECU right back to you the very next day. Priority mail typically takes 2-3 days for delivery.
