Kawasaki Ninja 400 Superbike Package

Dano's Performance has developed this Superbike package for the 2018-22 Kawasaki Ninja 400 model bikes. We have achieved horsepower gains of 8-9 HP (59-60) with this all top end package. Since all that is required to install this package is removing the cylinder head, this is very cost effective way to achieve big performance gains. We also recommend a good quality aftermarket exhaust system and a Woolich Racing Auto Tune system to allow for proper tuning.

Cylinder head porting which maximizes intake and exhaust port airflow

Install new valve stem seals

Three angle valve job

Custom velocity stacks

Machine cylinder head base to raise compression ratio to 12.2:1

The total price for this package is $1495.00. All we need for you to send us is your cylinder head and when completed we will ship you back the complete package. The cylinder head will be complete with valve clearances set and ready to install on your engine. You may also choose to send us your complete engine and when completed we will ship that complete engine back to you ready to install. If you should choose this option the total price will be $2200.00 + shipping. If you send us your complete engine we will also degree the cams.

By popular demand for our international customers we are now offering the complete Ninja 400 Superbike Package including the following: A complete ported cylinder head with new valves installed, a set of our performance camshafts, head gasket, velocity stacks and a manual cam chain tensioner. We are offering this complete package with no cylinder head core required for $2995.00 + shipping.

To purchase this package you can make your payment via Pay Pal then ship us your complete cylinder head. Once we receive the cylinder head from you it typically takes 2-3 weeks for us to complete then ship your package to you ready to install. For our international customers who would like to purchase the complete package including the cylinder head the cost will be $2200.00 + shipping.

Kawasaki Ninja 400 Super Stock Package

Dano's Performance is now offering our Super Stock engine build for our racers running under Super Stock or Moto America rules. We will balance all critical moving engine parts and set main and rod bearing clearances to minimize frictional losses. Along with these items we will perform a three angle valve job for a perfect air tight seal between the valves and valve seats. We will also machine cylinder head base to raise compression ratio to 12.2:1, install a manual cam chain tensioner and degree the cams for perfect cam timing. This engine build will insure you extract maximum horsepower from your Super Stock legal engine. We are offering this engine build for $2200.00 which includes a three angle valve job + parts required. 

Kawasaki Ninja 400 Superbike  + Package

We developed this  performance package for the 2018-22  Kawasaki Ninja 400 models for the guy who wants a bit more performance. This package will produce 65+horsepower at the rear wheel. In addition to the components listed above in our Superbike package we include a set of Custom  high compression (12.8:1)  pistons, Carrillo rods, Bore your throttle bodies and install a heavy duty oil pump spring which will produce more oil  pressure.  The price of this package is $5995.00 + shipping. This will also include degreeing the cams. You will need to send us your complete engine and when complete we will ship it back to you ready to install. Call or email us for more details. 

Kawasaki Ninja 400 Superbike  +2 Package

This package offers all the components listed in our Ninja 400 superbike Package and Superbike + package  with the addition of a set of 2mm over pistons. These 2mm over pistons will increase the displacement to 422cc with a compression ratio of 12.8:1.This engine package will produce 69 + horsepower at the rear wheel. The cost of this package is $6700.00 + shipping. You will need to send us your complete engine in order for us to install it and when completed we will ship it back you ready to install.

If you would like to add a Yoyodyne Slipper clutch together with the installation 0f this Superbike package the cost will be an additional $849.00.

Velocity Stacks

These velocity Stacks will fit the 2018-19 Kawasaki Ninja 400 and Z400 models. Just installing these stacks will see gains of 2 to 3  horsepower above 10,000 RPM. The price of these stacks is $125.00 + $14.95 Priority mail shipping U.S. customers. For our international customers Priority mail at a cost of $55.00.

Kawasaki Ninja 400 Crate engines

Dano's Performance is now offering ready built complete 2018-20 Kawasaki Ninja 400 crate engines. We are offering everything from our Superstock / Moto America legal engines  to our full blown Superbike + Package. These engines also include an undercut transmission along with an update to the transmission shifting mechanism which eliminates missed shifts and false neutrals which are a known issue with these models.  We also install a heavy duty oil pump spring that will produce more oil pressure. The cost for these engines will be from $5800.00 to $8885.00 depending on what options you may need  for your own performance requirements. Contact us for cost and build times.
