Yamaha R1 Superbike Package 181HP 

    Dano's Performance has developed this Superbike Package for the 2009-14 Yamaha R1.One of the great features of this package is that you only need to remove is the cylinder head to install it. The typical horsepower gain achieved with this package is 15-17 horsepower (180-182).  Also recommended is a good quality exhaust system and a fuel controller with Auto Tune system to allow for proper tuning. The following is all that is included in our Yamaha R1 Superbike Package:

                          Cylinder head porting which maximizes intake and exhaust air flow

                    Install new valve stem seals

                          Three angle valve job

                     Machine the cylinder head base to increase compression ratio to 13.2:1

                         Custom intake and exhaust camshafts

                          Head gasket

                         Manual cam chain tensioner for precise cam timing

    The total price for this Superbike package is $2295.00. All we need for you to send us is your complete cylinder head and when completed we will ship you back the complete package. The cylinder head will be complete with the valve clearances set and ready to bolt back on to your engine. To purchase this package you can make your payment via Pay Pal then ship us your complete cylinder head. Once we receive the cylinder head from you it typically takes 2-3 weeks for us to complete then ship your package to you ready to install. If you would like to send us your complete engine and have us install this package for you the cost will be $2900.00 + shippng cost which includes degreeing the cams. This package is still available for the 2007-08 Yamaha R1 at a cost of $3100.00.

Yamaha R1 Superbike Racing Cams

These drop in cams are the same cams used in our Yamaha R1 Superbike Package. Typical gains with just these cams is 6-7 horsepower and can be installed using the stock valve springs. These cams are  legal for AMA Superbike racing and they offer more lift and more duration then stock cams. They will fit the 2009-14 Yamaha R1 models. The retail price of these cams is $1025.00. These cams will ship out three weeks from the time of your purchase.

Yamaha R1 Power Up Package

This bolt on package is great bang for the buck with typical performance gains of 9-11 horsepower. Developed exclusively for the 2009-14 Yamaha R1 crossplane models. Included is our Superbike cams, thinner head gasket and manual cam chain tensioner. The retail price of this package is $1225.00. This package will ship out three weeks from the time of your purchase.

Yamaha R1 Superbike + Package

We developed this  performance package for the 2009-14 Yamaha R1 models for the guy who wants the ultimate in performance. This package will produce 210+horsepower at the rear wheel. In addition to the components listed above in our Superbike package we include a set of  2mm overbore (1050cc) high compression pistons and a set of Carrillo connecting rods. The price of this package is $8295.00 + shipping. For customers running under Superbike class rules in which 1000cc displacement must be maintained, we will install high compression standard bore size pistons. This package will produce 200 + horsepower and the price will be $7170.00You will need to send us your complete engine and when complete we will ship it back to you ready to install. 

If you would like to send us your engine the labor cost for a basic rebuild will be $2295.00 (which includes a three angle valve job) + the cost of the parts that are needed. Why gamble with a used "Ebay" engine when you can have us rebuild it to better then factory specifications.

Yamaha R1 Superbike + Package crate motors

Dano's Performance is now offering ready built complete Superbike + Package crate engines for the 2009-14 Yamaha R1. These engines are complete and ready to install with no core required. Included with these engines are all the components listed above in the Superbike Package and the Superbike + Package. In addition to all components are the following:

1) Blueprinted Transmission 

2) Heavy Duty Clutch Pack 

These engines will produce a reliable 210 + rear wheel horsepower. For customers running under Superbike class rules in which 1000cc displacement must be maintained, we will install high compression standard bore size pistons. This package will produce 200 + horsepower and the price will be $10,500.00.
