Yamaha R6 Superbike Package 132HP 

    Dano's Performance has developed this Superbike Package for the 2006-24 Yamaha R6.One of the great features of this package is that you only need to remove is the cylinder head to install it. The typical horsepower gain achieved with this package is 12-14 horsepower (130-132). Also recommended is a good quality exhaust system and a Woolich Racing with the  Auto Tune system  to allow for proper tuning. The following is all that is included in our Yamaha R6 Superbike Package:

                          Cylinder head porting which maximizes intake and exhaust air flow

                     Install new valve stem seals

                         Three angle valve job

                         Bench shim and set all 16 valve clearances

                          Custom velocity stacks

                     Resurface cylinder head base

                         Performance camshaft set with slotted sprockets

                         Custom High Compression Head gasket

                         Manual cam chain tensioner for precise cam timing

     The total price for this Superbike package is $3,050.00.  All we need for you to send us is your complete cylinder head  and when completed we will ship you back the complete package. The cylinder head will be complete with the valve clearances set and ready to bolt back on to your engine. The cams will need to be degreed and the clearances will need to be checked. If you don't know how to degree the cams we can install the oem type cam sprockets on the cams and you can just use the stock timing marks. If you chose to use the oem cam sprockets the cost of the package will be $2980.00. You may also choose to send us your complete motor and when completed we will ship the complete motor back to you ready to install. Yamaha R6 Superbike Race Cams

These drop in cams are the same cams used in our Yamaha R6 Superbike Package. Typical gains with just these cams is 4-5 horsepower and can be installed using the stock valve springs. They will fit the 2008-24 Yamaha R6 models. The retail price of these cams is $1195.00 These cams will ship out 2-3 weeks from the time of your purchase.

Yamaha R6 Power Up Package

This bolt on package is great bang for the buck with typical performance gains of 7-8 horsepower. Developed exclusively for the 2008-24 Yamaha R6 models. Included is our Superbike cams , custom thinner head gasket and manual cam chain tensioner. The retail price of this package is $1370.00. This package will ship out 2-3 weeks from the time of your purchase.

Yamaha R6 Stage 2 Race Cams

These stage 2  cams are the same cams we use in our Yamaha R6 engine builds. We also include a set of heavy duty valve springs to support the additional lift and duration. These cams must be installed with a set of aftermarket pistons or modified stock pistons to allow for proper piston to valve clearances. Typical gains with these cams is 7-8. horsepower.They will fit the 2008-20 Yamaha R6 models. The retail price of these cams is $1750.00 These cams will ship out 3-4 weeks from the time of your purchase.

Yamaha R6 Slotted cam sprockets

These slotted cam sprockets allow you to degree the cams for perfect cam timing. We offer them for $70.00 per set with our cams.

Yamaha R6 Supersport engine package

We have developed this package to comply with most race organizations Supersport racing rules. We install a set of high compression pistons (13.5:1). In addition to the items listed in our Yamaha R6 Superbike package we  install our stage 2 camshafts, heavy duty valve springs and race balance the  crankshaft, rods and pistons. The typical horsepower gain achieved with this package is 14-16 horsepower (133-135). The price of this package is $6900.00 and you will need to send us your engine in order for us to install it.

By popular demand we are now offering ready to install Yamaha R6 crate engines with the Supersport (133-135HP) configuration for $9595.00 (2008-16 model year) and $10,295 (2017-20 model year)+ shipping. Also included with these engines is a blue printed transmission and a heavy duty clutch pack.

Yamaha R6 Superbike  + Package

We developed this  performance package for the 2008-24 Yamaha R6 models for the guy who wants the ultimate in performance. This package will produce 144+horsepower at the rear wheel. In addition to the components listed above in our Superbike package we include a set of Carrillo  high compression (13.5:1) 2mm overbore pistons (636cc) and a set of Carrillo connecting rods. We race balance the crankshaft, rods and pistons and install heavy duty valve springs. The price of this package is $8700.00 + shipping. You will need to send us your complete engine and when complete we will ship it back to you ready to install.
