Dyno tuning

Final tune on the Dynojet Dynamometer utilizing the Dynojet auto tune system. Tuning on a Dynamometer maximizes horsepower output and improves throttle response.

We offer custom Dyno tuning / fuel mapping for $205.00.

Whenever a bike is tuned on any Dynamometer the air/fuel ratio probe is inserted into the exhaust tail pipe. The person makes a pass on the Dyno, then the air/fuel ratio data is observed and the fuel map is adjusted to achieve the desired air/fuel ratio. The air/fuel data since it is taken at the tail pipe is a sum of all four cylinders. If one fuel injectors is dirty (lean cylinder) it is very difficult to detect since the probe is looking at the sum of all four. If the fuel injectors are not first flow matched before the bike is Dyno tuned, then the final tune is not accurate. Most performance shops are not even aware of this fact.
